Option #1: CloudShare Forum - Preferred!
One of the strengths of CloudShare is community – and that extends to support for the CloudShare Pro product. If you have a question, concern, or problem with CloudShare Pro, we strongly encourage you to participate in the online forum. Our core engineers lurk and answer questions, and in an effort to assist the most people simultaneously, we will usually answer CloudShare Pro questions posted to this forum before CloudShare Pro questions submitted through any other mechanism.
