US Office

Customer Care Engineer

We are looking for an experienced customer care engineer who will ensure the highest level of technical support for our customers and prospects. Responsibilities include:
•   Provide excellent technical support for existing customers.
•   Own cases until resolution is reached and assure customer engagement (verbally, written) in every stage of process.
•   Replicate customer issues in a lab environment.
•   Analyze root cause of each case and make sure necessary steps are taken so that similar cases will not reoccur.
•   Communicate with the product development team to troubleshoot and solve customer issues and define new requirements.
•   Engage (chat, email, phone) with the prospects using our trial solution to assist them with training and technical questions to ensure an outstanding experience with our solution.
•   Refer any potential leads coming from engaging with these prospects to our sales organization.
•   Participate with the Professional Services team in customer roll-outs, training, set ups of the customer environments.
•   Develop support material such as frequent asked questions and content for the knowledge database.

Minimum Requirements:
•   Strong customer and interpersonal skills
•   Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills
•   Must demonstrate role-model level customer service skills
•   Technical knowledge required: Networking TCP/IP, HTML, Web understanding, some IT understanding (Windows, Unix, Linux), scripting, SQL and security knowledge
•   Minimum 2 years of related working experience
•   Associate degree or two years of college classes in relevant disciplines

Senior Inside Sales Professional  

We seek a disciplined inside sales professional who has an organized sales process with a
strong work ethic and enthusiasm for generating new opportunities. Individual will work directly with Sales and Marketing to drive new opportunities into pipeline and to turn those opportunities into buying and satisfied reference-able customers. Responsibilities include: 
•   Implement and drive the entire inside sales process (inbound and outbound lead management, documentatino, research), from defining target customers and cold calling.
through to the successful close of specific deals.  
•    Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs vis-a-vis our solution.
•   Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information into Salesforce.com database, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information.
•    Follow-up and qualify leads received from inbound Web, telephone and email inquiries, trade shows, seminars and webinars.
•   Initiate outbound calls to establish leads; discuss value propositions and solution features to educate clients to in order to set up qualified customer prospect calls,WebExes, and meetings for sales team.
•   Research and prepare new target lists of prospective customers and appropriate contacts. Initiate and manage marketing campaigns as follow-up to list preparation.
•   Analyze and report customer needs and trends and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine positioning and adapt to new market opportunities.
•   Occasional trade show and technical demo participation.
•   Meet/exceed monthly lead generation and pipeline development goals/quotas and forecasts.

•    BA/BS degree

Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional who will ensure the highest level of service for CloudShare customers and prospects. Less experienced candidates can apply for a junior position. Responsibilities include:
    •    Participate in sales calls to present our cloud-based solution, to understand the customer's needs and position CloudShare as the best solution to meet those needs.
    •   Support pre-sales activities such as demo, advising on deployment architecture, and handling in-depth questions on our solutions.
    •   Present CloudShare service, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hosting, virtualization, software and networking •   Support deployments with new customers.
    •   Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
•   B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
•   Previous experience as a sales engineer for over five years

Senior Developer

We are seeking a top-notch developer to create a unique, scalable, distributed virtual environments orchestration platform. Proven experience in solving highly complex problems is mandatory; experience in large-scale software development a major plus; specific domain experience is less relevant. You must want to influence, build, and deliver exceptional software, while working in an agile fashion and releasing a new version every two weeks.

Minimum Requirements:
•   BA in Computer Science from a leading academic university, or proven excellence in real-world software development
•   3-5 years experience in complex software development in one or more of the following: networking development projects, large-scale information systems, monitoring and provisioning control systems, large distributed systems

System Administrator

We are seeking a System Administrator to maintain and manage CloudShare’s production IT and network infrastructure. This person will be part of a team that is responsible for managing a large distributed computer network. This person will take a lead role in system/network maintenance, installation, configuration, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting.

Minimum Requirements:
•   2+ years experience and technical hands-on abilities, including: Linux/Windows 2003 and 2008 administration, solid knowledge of routing and LAN switching, monitoring and backup experience

•   Excellent English skills
•   Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware ESX , Citrix Xen) (preferred)
