Randy is a Partner with Sequoia Capital and focuses on systems and software investments. Prior to joining Sequoia in 2004, Randy served as the CEO of Actona Technologies (CSCO). Prior to joining Actona, Randy was the Founder & CEO of Telegis Networks. Earlier, Randy was the Founder and CEO of MarketOne Builders and before that the President and CEO of Freestone Investments.

George Zachary

Partner, Charles River Ventures

George is a partner at Charles River Ventures (CRV), a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley and Boston. George joined CRV in 2004 and brings more than 17 years of operating and investing experience in computing and consumer technology. Focused on building great services and software technology companies, George led CRV's investments in SocialMedia, Twitter, Geni, Yammer, Millennial Media, One Season, and Metaplace, and co-led their investment in Scribd. He is also a board advisor to Stanford University’s SSE Ventures, which seed funds on-campus student startups. He is also an advisor to X PRIZE.

Adi Pundak-Mintz

Adi is an innovative deal maker and a leading seed investor in financial technologies. Since joining Gemini Israel Funds in 1999, he has led investments in Traiana (sold to ICAP), Diligent (sold to IBM) dbMotion, Itemfield (sold to Informatica), NeoCleus, CloudShare, and Metrolight. Adi was previously CEO of Sphera (sold to Parallels) and has held marketing and R&D positions with Nexus Telecommunications and ECI Telecom. He has served in the Israeli Navy as a project engineer for Naval Underwater Systems and was chosen by Yale University as a Yale World Fellow.

Shinya Akamine

Shinya is an angel investor who has spent his career in high technology in Silicon Valley. He was the co-founder and chief executive officer of Postini, an email security SaaS company acquired by Google. Shinya's current investments and board of director positions include AppRats, BlueSpark, CloudShare, Core Security, and YOICS. Before starting his entrepreneurial career, Shinya was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a post-doctoral fellow at NTT's Musashino Research Laboratory. Shinya is the inventor of ten patents and holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering and Solid State Physics.

Dave Fachetti

Dave has been with Globespan since the firm's inception and is focused on investments in enterprise software and Internet / Infrastructure companies. In addition to over 10 years as a venture capitalist, Dave spent more than a decade in senior operating roles in entrepreneurial companies including, Family Education Network, where he was senior vice president and general manager of FEN's distributed content management software business, and Trans National Group, where he was part of the founding team of businesses in Canada, France, Germany, the UK and the US. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
