Guri Stark

Chairman and CEO Guri is a seasoned leader in the high-tech industry, bringing over 30 years of experience in cloud, web, mobile, and desktop software technologies. Prior to CloudShare, Guri was vice president and general manager at Autodesk where he led the AutoCAD family of products to over $1 billion in revenue. Guri has also served in executive leadership roles at Synopsys, Syntricity, ENCAD and other leading technology companies. Guri is recognized for his strong track record in scaling businesses in global markets, including the Americas, Asia, and EMEA.

Zvi Guterman

Chief Strategy Officer Zvi co-founded CloudShare in 2007. He previously co-founded and served as CTO at Safend, a leading endpoint security company, and performed as a chief architect in the IP infrastructure group of ECTEL, a leading provider of monitoring solutions for IP, telephony and cellular networks. Zvi is a recognized security expert, lecturing at conferences worldwide, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Hebrew University.


Avner Rosenan

Chief Technology Officer Avner is co-founder of CloudShare and is responsible for running CloudShare's infrastructure and SaaS operations. Before CloudShare, he served as a research team leader at Safend where he led their security design, new innovations, intellectual property, technical article authoring and IT. Avner previously served as a team leader in an elite IDF unit where he conducted research of artificial neural networks for speech recognition and implemented a large scale operational system.

Sheila Aharoni

VP Enterprise Sales Prior to joining CloudShare, Sheila held global sales and business development leadership roles in a newly created security business within The Stanley Works and with upstarts SofaWare Technologies, acquired by Check Point Software Technologies and IT Solutions, backed by GE Capital. Previously, she held senior sales roles at GE Capital, Motorola, GE Plastics, and GE Industrial Sales. Sheila holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Georgia State University.



Ron Reinfeld

VP Finance Ron joined CloudShare from Clarizen Ltd., where he served as Controller responsible for the company’s financial, legal and administrative activities. Previously Ron was a manager at Ernst and Young Israel, specializing in the high-technology industry and providing accounting consulting under the US GAAP and international tax regulations. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant and has also served as a Captain in the Israel Intelligence Force.


Sharon Vardi

VP Marketing Sharon has broad experience building Internet marketing operations for SaaS/Cloud B2B companies. Previous to joining CloudShare Sharon served as VP Marketing for Clarizen, a leading SaaS Work Execution Company where he led a global team to create the company’s brand, strategy and a comprehensive and repeatable lead generation system. Previous to Clarizen Sharon served as an executive in several Global companies including SmarTeam, Attunity, Emblaze Systems and Ernst & Young.


Avi Karnon

Director Customer Operations Avi is an accomplished technology leader with over 15 years of experience in software, web and SaaS and customer services. He joined us from Netformx where he was senior product manager for Content Tools. Prior to this Avi was the director of Technical Operations at WebCollage, a leading Web content integration network for manufacturers and channel partners, where he established and led the organization and was responsible for the SaaS platform and customers success overseeing IT, operations and customer support. Prior to this, Avi was a team leader and a software developer and in WebCollage and Memco Software building security and web server products.
