Zvi Guterman, CEO
Prior to founding CloudShare, Zvi co-founded and served as CTO of Safend, a leading endpoint security company. Zvi had a major role in managing the company from vision to a leading player in the endpoint security space. His role involved fueling innovation, technological business development, marketing and sales. Prior to that Zvi was with ECTEL (NASDAQ:ECTX), a leading provider of monitoring solutions for IP, telephony and cellular networks where he performed as a chief architect in the IP infrastructure group. Zvi is a recognized security expert, lecturing in conferences worldwide, and holds a Phd in Computer Science from the Hebrew University.
Ophir Kra-Oz, VP Products
Ophir is co-founder of CloudShare and oversees all product and R&D activities at the company. Previously, Ophir worked as a Senior Director at Check Point Software Technologies, where he managed 220 engineers in Israel, USA & Belarus. He was responsible for the initiation, development and market delivery for End Point & VPN products. Prior to Check Point, he served for seven years in an elite IDF unit in various management and software development roles. Ophir is a Talpiot graduate (1994), holding a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Avner Rosenan, CTO
Avner is co-founder of CloudShare and is responsible for running CloudShare's infrastructure and SaaS operations. Before CloudShare, Avner served as a research team leader at Safend, a leading endpoint security company - where he led Safend's security design, new innovations, intellectual property, technical article authoring and IT. Prior to that Avner served as a team leader in an elite IDF unit. As a team leader Avner conducted research of artificial neural networks for speech recognition and implemented a large scale operational system.
Sheila Aharoni, VP Sales
Prior to joining CloudShare, Sheila held global sales and business development leadership roles in a newly created security business within The Stanley Works and with upstarts SofaWare Technologies, acquired by Check Point Software Technologies and IT Solutions, backed by GE Capital. Previously, she held senior sales roles at GE Capital, Motorola, GE Plastics, and GE Industrial Sales. Sheila holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Georgia State University.
Kevin Epstein, VP Marketing
Kevin joined CloudShare from Scalent Corp, where in his role of VP of marketing he was responsible for the company's outbound and strategic marketing. Before Scalent, Kevin founded and ran the field marketing team at VMware, Inc., where he was responsible for various aspects of product management and marketing during the company's growth from $20mm to more than $500mm in annual sales. Previously, Kevin was Director of Product Management for Inktomi, and held various product line management and marketing leadership roles at RealNetworks and Netscape, as well as a founding role in CDnow. Kevin holds an Sc.B. in High Energy Physics from Brown University and an MBA from Stanford University, and is the author of Marketing Made Easy, a popular trade book from Entrepreneur Magazine Press / McGraw Hill.
Guillaume Vives, VP Operations
Guillaume joined CloudShare from Oracle Corporation where in his role of Sr. Director at Oracle Consulting he was responsible for the sales and delivery of consulting engagements in the North America Western region. Prior to Oracle Corporation, Guillaume was VP Professional Services at Agile Software where he was responsible for the deployment of the Agile solutions and the overall customer satisfaction. Agile Software was the fastest growing and highest customer satisfaction solution in the Product LifeCycle Management market and was acquired by Oracle in October 2007. Previously, Guillaume was Director at KPMG Peat Marwick (now Bearing Point) and Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Guillaume holds an M.Sc in Operations Research from MIT and an M.Sc and B.Sc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, France.
Uri Gilad, Director of Product Management
Uri leads product management at CloudShare. Previously, Uri managed the core VPN-1 product at Check Point Software Technologies. At Check Point, Uri was in charge of driving new initiatives, defining product features, collecting customer requirements and driving execution. Previously, Uri held product and development leadership roles at IBM research and ForeScout Technologies, and served at an elite Research and Development unit in the IDF as a section manager. Uri holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Israel Technion Institute.
Ron Reinfeld, Director of Finance
Prior to joining CloudShare, Ron was a controller at Clarizen Ltd., where Ron managed all financial, legal and administrative activities for the company. Ron was also a manager at Ernst and Young Israel, specializing in the high-technology industry; providing ongoing accounting consulting under the US GAAP and international tax regulations. Ron served as a Captain in the Israel Intelligence Force, has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Yehuda Haimovich, Director of QA and Customer Support
Yehuda leads the customer support and quality assurance teams at CloudShare, and has more than 10 years of experience in software QA and testing. Prior to joining CloudShare, Yehuda managed similar teams at Check Point, Expand Networks and Disksites, and was also responsible for managing development and quality processes at Check Point and Comverse Technologies. Yehuda holds an LLB from the College of Management in Israel.
