The Role

Requirements:

We are seeking a talented System Administrator to join our IT team, who will work closely with our software developers and core teams to design, scale, and maintain our production infrastructure. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the most critical infrastructure and development clusters at CloudShare, working with the latest in storage, hardware, virtualization, and cloud technologies to ensure that our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex UNIX/Linux issues in production/colo, lab, and customer environments
  • Deploy and scale production systems with minimal downtime
  • Secure/harden operating systems against compromise
  • Assist in network and systems infrastructure design
  • Develop creative solutions for complex technological challenges
  • Identify disaster scenarios; plan and test recovery
  • Install, configure, and manage network routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, IPS, VPN, console servers, and other network devices
  • Assist with management of virtualization environment and storage management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux system administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
  • Network Administration and design (Cisco, Linux firewalling/routing).
  • Virtualization experience (Vmwareֿ).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Etc.
  • Experience in operating a 24/7 high-availability IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions and services (Nagios/Icinga, PagerDuty, etc).
  • Willing to participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our revenue team in Denver, CO. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a critical role in generating and qualifying sales opportunities for our Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, sourcing and prospecting outbound opportunities, and scheduling product discovery calls and demos.

As a vital member of the revenue team, you will help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers. This is a high-impact position with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns through prompt outreach and effective qualification criteria.
  • Source outbound leads by identifying and targeting key prospects through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
  • Keep detailed records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (SaaS experience a plus).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospects.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, sending prospecting emails, and leveraging LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $65k-$80k per year, with opportunity for incentive compensation.
