As CEO and co-founder, Zvi brings the passion and vision that drives CloudShare. In 2007 he founded CloudShare, growing the company to tens of millions of global users, from recognized software leaders such as Atlassian, Microsoft, Check Point and Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks.
Guterman brings with him over 28 years of recognized experience in high tech, and currently sits on the boards of Medorion, Magical & Tangiblee. He previously co-founded and served as CTO of Safend, a cybersecurity company acquired by Wave Systems (NASDAQ: WAVX) in 2006.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Hebrew University and is a well-known security expert. Today, Guterman lives in Australia, and lectures internationally on entrepreneurship, speaking about his passion for turning novel ideas into successful tech companies.
Ido helps the company grow with his extensive expertise managing high-performance revenue teams in B2B SaaS. He leads CloudShare’s pricing efforts, sales process development, sales stack strategy, sales methodology, forecasting, performance management and more.
With a background in investment banking and asset management at JPMorgan, Ido moved into sales in 2011. He also previously served as CRO at Wibbitz, (acquired by Vimeo in 2021).
He has a B.A. from Baruch College in Business Administration and Finance and Investments.
Jonathan manages all financial and legal operations, including: budgeting, planning, financial reporting, risk management, and providing strategic financial advice to company executives.
Before joining CloudShare, Eldan oversaw finance departments for a number of global software companies including Lawgeex, Cyber Secdo (purchased by Palo Alto Networks), Optitiex (purchased by EFI), as well as the accounting firm, PWC. He is highly experienced at leading startups through M&A exits and major funding rounds.
Jonathan holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Nadav leads the development of all CloudShare’s software solutions, bringing with him 20 years R&D experience, and deep-seated specialization in SaaS and cybersecurity.
Nadav previously served as VP of R&D at Synamedia, and managed development groups in Cisco and NDS in the fields of Iot, Automotive and advanced SoC encryption systems
He holds an M.Sc. in computer science from J.C.T Jerusalem College and an M.B.A from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Annie oversees all digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy and sales development representative (SDR) strategy and outreach.
With over 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, Reiss’s wealth of expertise allows CloudShare to position itself as an award-winning market leader, and drive year-over-year business growth.
Annie holds a BA in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Stavit Kavas leads CloudShare’s HR operations, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and the implementation of large-scale structural and organizational design (acquisition, integration planning and coaching.)
With over 20 years of experience as a seasoned HR leader, Stavit brings with her the best practices of well-known global enterprises like Cisco, Amdocs, and Partner/Orange.
Stavit holds a BA in Psychology from Georgia State University.
Carmit leads CloudShare’s product development, driving its strategic vision and roadmap. With over 9 years of experience, she has consistently led products from initiation to launch, generating growth through innovation, high-value product offering, and an engaging user experience.
What guides Carmit in creating and delivering products is impacting users, customers, and the business. She’s passionate about resolving challenges, simplifying complexities, designing solutions, and enhancing customer experiences.
Carmit holds an MSc in Industrial Design from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
Tzvika manages the development, growth, and evolution of the CloudShare infrastructure.
With over 10 years of experience in the software IT industry, he has a strong technical background with deep expertise in virtualization, storage, and servers.
Tzvika holds a BA in Computer Science from Reichman University (the IDC).
As the Managing Principal of Los Angeles-based venture capital firm, OCV Partners, Hemi brings with him decades of business leadership experience to help guide the growth of CloudShare.
Prior to serving on our advisory board, he was the CEO of J2 Global (NASDAQ: JCOM) for 21 years – growing the company from a small start-up to a billion-dollar platform. He has also executed more than 155 successful acquisitions of technology companies.
Avery is a venture partner at Menlo Ventures. He has managed publicly-traded corporations and led mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. He was also the first seed investor and mentor for SolarEdge (NASDAQ:SEDG), a company now valued at more than $1 billion.
Additional career highlights include serving as active chairman of AeroScout, which completed a successful exit in June of 2012, and as a board member at Check, which he led to a successful exit in June 2014.
Alan is the global CTO and VP of information technology innovation at P&G, and a board member of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), VeloCloud, NetSkope, and Nutanix.
Before serving on our advisory board, he was CTO of The Coca-Cola Company – implementing public cloud and augmented reality technologies, and driving adoption of big data and analytics. Alan also led Coca-Cola’s adoption of startup technologies through the creation of The Bridge by Coca-Cola – a program for startups that acts as a bridge between entrepreneurs and major global markets.
Kevin is the SVP of Sales for Higher Education and K-12 at Salesforce. He previously served as CCO at Collective Health, Executive VP of Sales at Skuid, and in Sales and Alliances leadership at Workday, Inc., where he helped the company grow across multiple geographies and verticals. Kevin has also held various positions in sales leadership at Oracle – including Regional VP of CRM sales.
Sheila is one of CloudShare’s initial executive team. As a strategic advisor and technology sales leader, she has been instrumental in establishing CloudShare as a market leader.
She has held executive roles at Market Bellwethers, and startups including Sofaware (acquired by Check Point), GE Plastics, GE Capital, Motorola, and Stanley Black & Decker. Sheila holds a B.S. and MBA from Georgia Tech. She also serves as an executive board member at HomeRise – a San Francisco nonprofit organization that builds and manages supportive housing services for its homeless citizens.
