CloudShare and Administrate Partner to Close the Gap Between Training Operations and Hands-On Skill Delivery

CloudShare, the hands-on virtual lab platform for technical training, customer education, and sales enablement, today announced a partner integration with Administrate, the training management system used by enterprise learning and development teams. The integration connects Administrate’s scheduling, registration, and compliance workflows directly to CloudShare’s lab environments, removing the manual work software training organizations currently do to bridge the two systems.

Solving for Disconnected Workflows

Software training organizations running virtual instructor-led training (VILT) programs typically manage two disconnected workflows: the operational side, which includes scheduling, registration, and compliance tracking; and the delivery side, managing lab provisioning, learner engagement, and skill validation.
Without a connection between the two, training teams manually copy rosters, chase attendance records, and reconcile reporting across separate systems. For programs training hundreds or thousands of learners on complex software, that manual overhead compounds quickly.

“Administrate and CloudShare solve different halves of the same problem: Administrate runs the program, CloudShare runs the experience,” said Matt Crawford, Vice President of Strategic Alliances for CloudShare. ”This partnership means we’re no longer asking customers to choose one investment over the other. They get both, working together, out of the box.”

“CloudShare provides the best in class lab experience. Administrate is the system that runs all the training operations around it,” said Andrew Rivkin, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Administrate. “With this Partnership, we are well positioned to continue to enhance every Enterprise LMS by having a seamless connection between all systems. Simply schedule a session in Administrate and the lab, or labs, are provisioned and ready to go. No more manual work to keep both systems synced.”

How it Works

With the CloudShare–Administrate integration in place:

  • When a learner registers for a course in Administrate, their CloudShare environment provisions automatically.
  • Roster and contact data stay synced between the two platforms, eliminating double entry.
  • Lab engagement and completion data flows back into Administrate’s reporting.
  • Cancellations made in either system update both platforms, so rosters stay accurate.

The result is a single connected workflow from registration through skill delivery to reporting, purpose-built for software companies training customers and partners on complex products at scale.
