Every G2 season tells a story about where customers think a product actually stands. This fall, the story for CloudShare is about momentum: 40 badges (a new record for us!) across Virtual IT Labs, Customer Education, and Demo Automation. Even more exciting, a whopping 10 reports that now rank CloudShare #1. That’s up from six #1 rankings last season, and every single one of them live in the Virtual IT Labs category.
G2 badges hold extra special meaning to us because they only come from verified customer reviews. The reviews contain real feedback from people running training, onboarding, and sales enablement programs on CloudShare every day, and we take that seriously.
A New Market, and an Immediate #1
Let’s start with the most surprising result: CloudShare debuted at #1 in G2’s newest category: United Kingdom ranking for Virtual IT Labs. Most products spend a season or two working their way up a new regional ranking, but we skipped straight to the top.
Three Regions, Top Rankings
That UK debut wasn’t an isolated result; it was part of a broader shift across Europe.
We moved into the #1 spot this season in three regional rankings that had CloudShare sitting at #2 last season (Europe, EMEA, and Small-Business EMEA). Put the UK debut alongside those three climbs, and CloudShare now holds the top regional ranking for Virtual IT Labs across the UK, Europe, and EMEA.
What does it actually take to get there? To make G2’s Europe ranking for Virtual IT Labs, a product needs at least 10 reviews from users, scored on two factors: how happy their users are and how much market presence they carry (think market share, company size, and reach). That places each product into one of four groups: Leader, High Performer, Contender, or Niche. CloudShare landed in the Leader group, meaning we scored well on both fronts, not just one.
Familiar Ground Holding Strong
While Europe was CloudShare’s biggest mover this season, six other rankings stayed put at #1 for the second season running. Customers kept CloudShare at the top for ease of use, measurable results both overall and among small businesses, implementation both overall and among small businesses.
One ranking has an even longer streak: the Small-Business Results Index for Virtual IT Labs just marked its fourth consecutive season at #1. That one moved into the top spot back in Winter 2026 and hasn’t budged since.
Four seasons, or two, the pattern is the same: the same things that make CloudShare easy to adopt — ease of use, implementation, and measurable results — are the same things customers keep coming back for.
The Rest of the Picture
Virtual IT Labs carried 10 of our most recent #1 G2 rankings, but that wasn’t the only category with something to show for the season. CloudShare earned 21 badges in Virtual IT Labs, 14 in Customer Education, and 5 in Demo Automation, with Customer Education in particular holding several strong top-3 and top-5 positions, including its Small Business ranking and Enterprise Usability Index.
