Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Zvi co-founded CloudShare in 2007. He previously co-founded and served as CTO at Safend, a leading endpoint security company, and performed as a chief architect in the IP infrastructure group of ECTEL, a leading provider of monitoring solutions for IP, telephony and cellular networks. Zvi is a recognized security expert, lecturing at conferences worldwide, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Hebrew University.

VP of Finance
Ariel is a seasoned accountant with more than 20 years of experience and is responsible for CloudShare’s financial activities. Among his many endeavors, Ariel is on the board of directors at Infiniti Investment Group, he is a member and former president of Alliott Group, a worldwide alliance of independent accounting, law and consulting firms and he also teaches accounting courses at various Israeli universities. Ariel holds an accounting degree from the College of Management and a Masters in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Muly leads R&D for CloudShare, including the development of all software solutions we offer. Muly has 15 years of experience in R&D and R&D management with specialization in SaaS and in Security. Prior to CloudShare, Muly co-founded and served as VP R&D in Gigantt, an innovative project management SaaS solution. Previously, Muly managed development groups in Websense. Muly holds an MSc in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

A product & technology leader with deep expertise in technical architecture and software development best practices while using of agile and lean principles to create continuous improvement and accelerate time to product/market fit. Amir has led large global operations and multi-functional teams (product, UX and engineering) while fostering collaboration to achieve faster innovation and results.

Nadav Peleg leads the sales and business development activities for CloudShare. With over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, Nadav’s passion is working with growth companies, driving both sales and sales team ability from millions of dollars in revenue to tens of millions by implementing, developing and executing the right GTM strategy. Nadav holds a BA in mechanical engineering, a BA in science and an MBA from Duke University.

Annie brings over 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience to her position as CloudShare’s VP Marketing. With proven expertise in digital marketing strategy and lead generation, she is the driving force behind CloudShare’s global marketing activities. Annie holds a BA in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Global VP of Sales
As head of global sales and part of CloudShare’s initial executive team, Sheila has been instrumental in establishing the company as a leading provider of specialized cloud solutions. A recognized technology sales and business development leader and mentor, her prior positions include executive roles at market bellwethers and start-ups including Sofaware (acquired by Check Point), GE, Motorola and The Stanley Works. Sheila holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Georgia State University.

VP of Cloud Operations
As the director of cloud operations, Tzvika leads the development of the evolving and growing CloudShare infrastructure. With more than 10 years of experience in the software IT industry, Tzvika has a strong technical background and an expertise in virtualization, storage, and servers. He holds a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the IDC.
