He has 30 years of experience designing, building, managing, producing, and supporting highly complex technical solutions that integrate multiple platforms, products and IP networks. As a previous CloudShare customer who used the platform to deliver a complex videoconferencing solution for partner training and sales enablement, he is uniquely positioned to understand our customers' requirements and help them produce the highest-quality experiences with minimal technical friction.His insights as a qualified teacher bolster the needs of the customer education teams that rely on CloudShare. Chris studied at Swansea University for an MSc in Computer Science and a PGCE for secondary education.
